Metro PD investigate crash possibly caused by street racing
News

LAS VEGAS -- Metro Police said two vehicles that were possibly racing down a street caused a crash that closed the area for a while Saturday afternoon. Officers said the three cars were driving really fast down Nellis Boulevard east of Sahara Avenue.

They said the accident happened when the black car crossed into the center lane and struck a pick up truck. Right after that, detectives said the car swerved right and hit another car that they suspected of racing.

At that point, the driver of the black car lost control and rolled the car. That driver sustained minor injuries.

At this time, it's unclear if anyone has been charged. Metro Police is still investigating.
